This policy explains what information Darzikaar collects and how it's used to run the marketplace, verify sellers, and process orders.
Account details (email, phone, password), profile information you provide during onboarding (name, avatar, delivery or work address), and, only if you choose to submit them, identity and business verification documents and bank details for payouts.
To operate your account, connect customers with sellers, process escrow payments, and verify seller identity where you've chosen to submit documents. We don't sell your personal data.
Verification documents are stored privately and are only accessible to you and Darzikaar's verification process, never shown publicly. Profile photos you upload are stored separately and shown on your public listings.
CNIC, business, and bank details are optional at signup and can be skipped, then submitted later from your portal whenever you're ready.
