These Terms of Service govern your use of Darzikaar, a marketplace connecting customers with independent tailors and stores across Pakistan. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. Darzikaar supports three account types: customer, freelance tailor, and store owner, each with role-specific onboarding and responsibilities.
Payments for custom orders are held in escrow and released to the seller once the order is confirmed complete. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders as described in their listings.
Tailors and stores may be asked to submit identity (CNIC) and, for stores, business registration documents to unlock a verified badge and payouts. Submitting documents is optional but may be required before withdrawing funds.
We may update these terms as Darzikaar's features evolve. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
